Ein Tag in der Pflege bei SPITEX BASEL

Für dieses Projekt habe ich eine Pflegerin der Spitex Basel einen ganzen Tag lang in ihrem Arbeitsalltag begleitet.

For this project, I accompanied a caregiver from Spitex Basel through an entire day of her work.

Der Film zeigt, wie vielseitig, anspruchsvoll und menschlich diese Arbeit ist, ohne Inszenierung und nur mit echten Momenten. Entstanden ist ein ruhiges, ehrliches Porträt einer Arbeit, die sonst nicht gesehen wird.

Hinter den wenigen Minuten steckt viel Vorarbeit mit Gesprächen, Planung und Koordination. Danach folgten fast zwei Monate Postproduktion, um all die Aufnahmen zu einer authentischen Reportage zusammenzuführen.

Für mich ist dieses Projekt etwas Besonderes. Es ist meine erste dokumentarische Arbeit für einen Kunden und genau der Bereich, in dem ich mich weiterentwickeln will. In Zukunft möchte ich noch mehr solcher Reportagen umsetzen und Menschen sowie ihre Arbeit sichtbar machen.

The film shows how varied, demanding and human this work is, without staging and with nothing but real moments. The result is a calm, honest portrait of work that usually goes unseen.

Behind those few minutes lies a lot of groundwork: conversations, planning and coordination. That was followed by almost two months of post-production to shape all the footage into an authentic reportage.

This project is special to me. It is my first documentary work for a client and exactly the field I want to grow in. In the future, I want to create more reportages like this and make people and their work visible.
